BIY offers OTHM level 3 Diploma in Business Studies and level 4 Diploma in Business Management, which recognized by UK Ofqual.

OTHM level 3 Diploma in Business Studies qualification is to provide learners with an in depth understanding of the operations and structure of buainesses. Successful completion of this qualification will equip learners with the underpinning knowledge and skills required to succeed in employment or further studies. The duration is 8 months and learners can join from age 16.

OTHM qualifications (teaching in BIY)are made up of the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) rules which provides flexible ways to get a qualification.

-Foundation programmes:
The Level 3 qualifications improve subject knowledge and study skills, and prepare learners for undergraduate course at UK universities.

- Undergraduate programmes:
The Level 4, 5 and 6 diploma qualifications are equivalent to Year 1, 2 and 3 (Final year) respectively of a three-year UK Bachelor's degree. Each level consists of 120 credits. Completing any of the level 4, 5 and 6 qualifications will enable learners a progression to the next level of higher education at UK universities.
